This mug is made out of porcelain. It’s a generous size and will hold about 12 oz of fluid. I love her little scarf and the black ship in the background. It’s slightly oval shape feels good in my hand. There is a small dash that is under the glaze at the base of the handle. It really isn’t obvious and does not affect the integrity of the cup. Food safe, fired to cone 6.
